Cristina Webb is entering her third season with the Mount St. Joseph men’s volleyball program, and tenth season overall with the Lions.

Prior to taking over helm for the men, she spent seven seasons assisting the women’s volleyball program at the Mount. During her time the team compiled a 46-16 record in the Heartland Collegiate Athletic Conference. She helped guide the Lions to HCAC Championship titles in both 2010 and ‘12. They advanced to the NCAA DIII Tournament in both 2010 and ’12.
Additionally, Webb is a Mount Strength and Conditioning Coach for student-athletes. She has a CSCS certification with the National Strength and Conditioning Association.

She has coached for local juniors clubs including Cincy Classics, NKYVC, and Ohio Valley Beach. She has two USA National Championship Titles with Classics. In 2010 and 2011 she helped coach the OVR High Performance Program.

Webb is a graduate of the Mount, earning a bachelor of fine arts degree in graphic design. In addition, Webb is a four-year volleyball letter winner for the Mount. She helped the team to four Heartland Collegiate Athletic Conference titles and three NCAA Division III Quarterfinal appearances, was a two-time All-Conference and All-Region selection (2000-2001). She ranks second in games played (536), fifth in kills (1,484) and sixth in blocks (287) at the Mount in career statistics (1998-2011).

Coach Webb resides in Cincinnati, Ohio.
