Dwayne Peterson returns to the Mount for his third season as Head Baseball Strength Coach. Peterson is also a full time minor league baseball strength and conditioning coach for the Houston Astros. Prior to his current position, Peterson completed strength and conditioning internships with NKU and under former Mount strength and conditioning director Brent Rogers, before his taking over as the school's baseball program strength coach.
Peterson is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) as well as a USA Weightlifting (USAW) Level 1 Sports Performance Coach. He is a 2013 graduate of Northern Kentucky University, where he received his bachelor of science degree in exercise science.
