Saturday, January 26, 2013 On Saturday, the Lions traveled to Terre Haute, Indiana to compete in the Engineer Invitational at Rose-Hulman. In 16 events the Lions recorded three points, which was good enough for an eighth place finish. Wabash was the meet champion by recording 129 points, followed by Rose-Hulman with 127.50, and Monmouth (IL) with 94. The point scorers for the Lions were the members of the 4x200-meter relay team. The team of Samantha Buschle (Cincinnati, OH/Mercy), Trinity Saner (Taylor Mill, KY/Scott), Samantha Greco (Cincinnati, OH/Colerain), Emily Wolhfrom (Cincinnati, OH/Oak Hills) ran the 800 meters in 1:58.27. Their time was good enough for eighth place, garnering all three of the Lions' points for the meet. The Lions will return to action February 2 at the Anderson University Invitational.
