Lions' women's tennis drops HCAC match-up at Manchester University

HCAC Host Manchester University swept through singles and doubles action today against the Mount, winning all seven of the matches played to claim a 9-0 win over the Lions. The Mount, 1-7 overall, 0-6 in the conference, returns to action on Oct. 9 when they host Thomas More College.

Harley Huston (East Palestine, IN/East Palestine) and teammate Holly Rainey (Morrow, OH/Clinton-Massie) each won four games during their singles matches today, while the Lions' second doubles team of Felicia Shadwick (Middletown, OH/Monroe) and Huston suffered an 8-4 setback. The Mount had forfeit losses at both sixth singles and third doubles.
