Mount women's tennis squad loses on road to Hanover College

Host Hanover College, the first place team in the HCAC, posted a 9-0 win on Monday against the Lions. The Mount, 1-4 overall, 0-3 in the conference, returns to action on Sept. 28 with a conference match at Rose-Hulman Institute of Technology.

Morgan Hoehn (Cincinnati, OH/Colerain) won three games in her second singles match, falling by a 6-3, 6-0 to her Panthers' opponent. Shelby Betz (Hamilton, OH/Lakota West) was the only other Mount player to win a game against Hanover, dropping a 6-0, 6-1 decision at first singles.
