Leah Todd returns to the Mount in 2011-2012 for her third season as head coach of the Lions' women's soccer team. Todd was an assistant women's soccer coach for the Lions for four years before taking over the head coaching duties in 2009. She is also the men's assistant soccer coach, a position she has held for seven seasons.

She led the Mount to an 8-9-2 overall mark last fall and a 7-2 record in the HCAC (tied for the second-best record in the conference). The Lions qualified to the four-team HCAC Tournament, where they fell to eventual HCAC Tournament champion Transylvania. 

Todd is a December 2003 graduate of Seton Hall University, where she was a four-year starter for the Division I Pirates. She was a team co-captain her senior season and was named to the Big East All-Academic Team for three years. She also graduated with the record for most saves in a Big East Conference Tournament. Todd received a Bachelor of Arts in Social and Behavioral Science degree. She was an undergraduate assistant coach for Seton Hall in 2003, assisting with the team’s goalkeepers and team conditioning.

The Lions' coach is also a certified athletic trainer after completing her second bachelor's degree at the Mount.

The Lions’ coach played for the Cincinnati Ladyhawks amateur soccer team in the WUSL for five years, after playing briefly for the Atlanta Beat in the now-defunct professional WUSA. Todd has also worked at local soccer camps, and has served as a goalkeeper coach. Currently she is also the head coach for the STAR soccer U-15 girls' team and has her NSCAA State and Regional Goalkeeper Diplomas.

Coach Todd resides in Cincinnati, Ohio.
