Mike O’Hara returns for his second season as head coach for the Mount’s women’s lacrosse team during the 2012-2013 school year. He directed the Lions to their first-ever conference playoff appearance (Midwest Women's Lacrosse Conference) in the spring of 2012.
He was most recently at Mother of Mercy High School in Cincinnati, Ohio as the team’s varsity lacrosse head coach (2008-2010). While at Mercy, O’Hara was in charge of developing a long-term goal for the lacrosse program, assisted in the college recruiting process for players, and prepared and executed a yearly budget for his sport, among other duties.
O’Hara is employed by RPC Mechanical/Thomas J. Dyer Co. in Cincinnati as a Project Manager/Account’s Manager. Coach O’Hara attended Eastern Kentucky University.
Coach O’Hara and his family reside in Cincinnati. His daughter Chrissy, a junior, is a member of the Lions’ lacrosse team.
