Friday, September 28, 2012 Each week during the 2012 cross country season a Mount women's runner will be highlighted. This week's spotlight runner is junior Kelleen Scott (Newark,OH/Newark). Get to know Kelleen Scott. . . What is your major and why does it interest you? Athletic Training-I love anatomy and it is giving me a lot of clinical hands-on experience that I will need for Physical Therapy. What is your favorite place on campus? The library-it is a very quiet and relaxing place to study. What is your earliest cross country memory? My first race ever because it was really muddy and was cut short (7th grade) What is the most important thing you’ve learned while playing at the College of Mount St. Joseph? I have learned that I can work hard while relaxing and just having fun with running because that is the best way to get stronger. What is your favorite Coach Tina AND/OR Coach Jamie saying? Why are we doing this? What song always gets you ready to compete? Beautiful by Eminem What is your favorite food in the Fifth Third dining hall? If you were candy, what would you be and why? Reeses because it’s not only delicious chocolate, but peanut butter as well. It sticks on you. If you weren’t competing in Cross Country, what sport would you be playing? Soccer Who has been the most influential on your life and why? My mom because she always gives great advice and has always been there for me Where would you go if you had a time machine? I would love to meet Steve Prefontaine What is your favorite clean joke? Any blonde joke If you could have any job, what would it be?
