Director of Sports Information
Dane Neumeister begins his 14th season as the Sports Information Director at the Mount for the 2013-2014 school year. He is in charge of all functions related to Sports Information at the Mount, including game-day operations, statistical reporting and athletic web site content and management. He has also been a member of the Mount's Athletic Committee from 2006-2010, and is currently on the school's Hall of Fame committee. In addition, Neumeister, a member of the College Sports Information Directors of America (CoSIDA), has also been a member of the COSIDA Academic All-American Committee.
As the host Sports Information Director, he directed the game-day operations and publicity of the 2000 and 2001 NCAA Division III Great Lakes Regional Volleyball Tournaments, as well as the 2000 NCAA Division III Volleyball Quarterfinal at the College. He has also been in charge of transitioning and adding to a new Mount athletic web site three times during his tenure, including the launch of the College's existing athletic's web site, www.msjsports.com.
Neumeister is a 1992 graduate of Northern Kentucky University, where he gained a Bachelor of Arts degree, majoring in Journalism.
He enjoys most all sports, has coached youth softball and basketball, and likes to read as a hobby. He also likes to collect baseball books and cards.
Dane, and his his wife, Lisa, have two children, Alexander and Ashley and they reside in Anderson Township.
Sports Information Co-op
Matt Ivory, a senior, is in his second year as the co-op in the Mount's Sports Information Department for the 2013-2014 school year. He is a double major in sport management and business administration, and following graduation hopes to work in a college athletic department.
Before working in the Mount athletic department Ivory worked with Celebrity Sports Appearances, Keeneland Race Course, and ProCamps Worldwide.
Ivory enjoys watching and playing sports in his spare time. He was a starter on the Mount's inaugural men's volleyball team, and was a two-time state football champion in high school.
Matt is the son of Craig and Kathy Ivory. He currently resides in Cincinnati, and was born in Lexington, Kentucky.
