The Lions continued their hot play into the second set to take yet another lead. The Lions wouldn't trail for the rest of the match, capitalizing on the Duhawks errors. A kill by Adam Williams (Chicago, IL / Mt. Carmel) gave the Lions the second set with a score of 25-20. The Lions were determined to finish the match strong and continued their aggressive play. The Duhawks wouldn't let up but the Lions defense would be too much. A Jason Hascher (Miamisburg, OH / Alter) kill would cap off the match for the Lions with a final score of 25-20.
