Lions play host to Earlham College

CINCINNATI, Ohio-- The Mount St. Joseph men's tennis team played host to Heartland Collegiate Athletic Conference foe Earlham College, and they would come up short in the matchup. 

The Lions were came up short in every match against the top team in the HCAC. Earlham won all three doubles matches to get the day underway. And they did so in dominant fashion as the Lions only took three sets in the three doubles matches. 

The singles portion of the contest was not much more kind to the Lions as Earlham took all six of the singles matches. The Lions best showing was by their number two singles players Cooper Wade (Milan, IN/ Milan). Wade was able to take take four sets against his opponent. 

The Lions will wrap up their season on Saturday as they travel to take on the Ravens of Anderson, the matchup is set to get underway at 12:00 PM.
