Lions fall to Thomas More

CINCINNATI, Ohio-- The Mount St. Joseph University men's tennis team squared off with Thomas More for the second time in three days. The Lions would again fall to the Saints this time by a score of 9-0.

As has been a staple of the Lions early season matches the doubles matchups where were the Lions equated themselves best. They would lose all three matches, but they were all hardfought affairs. The number two doubles match would be the Lions best chance at a victory on this day. Guy Watkins (Cincinnati, OH/ Purcell Marian) and Nathan Clark (Cincinnati, OH/ Miami Valley Christian) would push they opponents to the brink, eventually falling 8-6.

The Lions will travel to take on Heidelberg on Thursday, continuing their non-conference schedule.
