Lindsay Criswell (Cincinnati, OH/McAuley) had 21 kills to help lead the Mount to a 3-1 season-opening win at Centre College. Criswell also had three block assists while teammate Kat Roedig (Cincinnati, OH/McAuley) chipped in 11 kills. The Lions captured the four-game match, 25-18, 22-25, 25-20, 25-21.

Lyndsey Waldman (Batavia, OH/Clermont Northeastern) had 40 assists for the Mount while Jamie Grauvogel (Cleves, OH/Harrison) added eight kills, five blocks (one solo, four assists) and two service aces. The Mount had 50 kills in the match.

The Mount (1-0) returns to action on Sept. 4-5 at the Maryville (TN) College Tournament.
