Lions' men's soccer team drops season opener

The College of Mount St. Joseph opened the 2010 season tonight with a 3-0 home loss to Kenyon College. Kenyon (1-0) scored twice in the first half and added a third goal with just under seven minutes elapsed in the second half.

Tyler Kenyon (Cincinnati, OH/Mariemont) started in goal for the Mount and had 14 saves.

The Mount (0-1) resumes play this coming weekend at the Marietta College Tournament when they take on the College of Wooster and Marietta College, Sept. 4-5.
