1/28/2012 - WOMEN'S TRACK & FIELD The Lions' women's track & field team places ninth at the Engineer Invitational

The Mount's women's track & field team scored six points en route to a ninth place finish at the Rose-Hulman Institute of Technology Engineer Invitational. The Lions are back in action on Feb. 3 at the Marietta College Invitational.

The 4x200-meter relay team consisting of Kristen Seminara (Cincinnati, OH/McAuley), Samantha Buschle (Cincinnati, OH/Mercy), Emily Wohlfrom (Cincinnati, OH/Oak Hills), and Samantha Greco (Cincinnati, OH/Colerain) finished in fifth place with a time of 2:01.11 scoring four points for the Lions.

The Mount's 4x400-meter relay team scored the Lions' final two points of the invitational with a seventh place finish with a time of 5:31.12. The 4x400-meter relay team is comprised of Wohlfrom, Bailey Schnurr (Sunbury, OH/Big Walnut), Kelsey Schneider (Fairfield, OH/Fairfield), and Angela Memory (Cincinnati, OH/Oak Hills).
