- 2009-10 - Assistant Coach
Jamie Eastham returns for her fourth season in 2011-2012 as the Throws Coach for the College of Mount St. Joseph Men’s and Women’s Track & Field teams. During her coaching tenure, Eastham has coached national qualifiers in the indoor shot put and weight throw, outdoor shot put, discus, and hammer throw. Also, her throwers have broken 11 school records.
The Princeton High School graduate (2000) received her Bachelor of Liberal Arts in Physical and Health Education degree from Muskingum College (2005), where she was a four-year member of the school’s track & field team. While at Muskingum, Eastham shattered Muskingum’s shot put record, was a seven-time national qualifier in the shot put and was a two-time All American in that event. She was the first female indoor All-American in the school's history. In addition, after nearly a decade she still holds the Princeton High School record in the discus throw.
While at Princeton, she was also a member of the school’s wrestling team and Brotherhood of Pride women’s club wrestling team. She is a former high school girls’ wrestling All-American and women’s state champion in that sport. Eastham was inducted into the girls’ Wrestling Hall of Fame shortly after graduating high school.
Eastham, who is CPR and first aid certified, is currently employed at Bethesda North Hospital as a Level Three Registrar. She currently resides in Middletown, Ohio.
