2014 HCAC Men's Outdoor Track and Field Coaches Poll released

The Rose-Hulman men’s track and field team has been selected as the unanimous front runner to win the 2014 Heartland Collegiate Athletic Conference
outdoor championship. In a poll of the ten HCAC head coaches, the Engineers received 100 total points and all ten first place votes.

The rest of the teams in the poll were in order: Franklin College, Manchester College, Anderson University, Defiance College, Hanover College, Bluffton University, Transylvania University, the Mount, and Earlham College.

The following Lions' athletes were selected as "Athletes to Watch": Micquelle Burton (Cincinnati, OH/Deer Park), Senior, Sprints; and Sean Brooks (Englewood, OH/Northmont), Senior, Throws.
