The 2013 HCAC Men's Tennis Coaches' Preseason Poll has been released and Earlham College has been chosen an unanimous selection to claim the top spot in the conference standings this spring. Earlham received all 10 first-place votes and were followed in the poll by Transylvania, Rose-Hulman, Franklin, and Hanover. Anderson, Manchester, the Mount, Defiance, and Bluffton round out the top ten. Earlham won its second straight HCAC championship last spring.

The 2013 men's tennis season is set to begin on February 9.

Selected as "HCAC Players to Watch" in 2013 were Mount players: Colin Barrett, Senior (Cincinnati, OH/Mariemont); Max Withrow, Senior (Ft. Mitchell, KY/Beechwood); Clayton Steinriede, Senior (Cincinnati, OH/St. Xavier); and Tyler Esham, Senior (New Richmond, IN/New Richmond)
