Host Franklin College led by just a 1-0 score at the half, overcoming being out-shot by the Lions, 9-5 in the first 45 minutes of action, and added four second half goals en route to a 5-0 victory today against the Mount. The Lions, 2-8-1 overall, 0-2 in the HCAC, are back in action on Oct. 10 when they host their Pink Ribbon Girls Night game against conference opponent Rose-Hulman Institute of Technology.

The Grizzlies out-shot the Lions, 12-6 in the second half as they built their lead to 3-0 by the game's 80th minute, The Mount held an 8-2 advantage in corner kicks.
