Lions' men's and women's lacrosse players named to conference All-Academic teams

The 2014 All-Academic teams for the MLC (Midwest Lacrosse Conference) and the MWLC (Midwest Women's Lacrosse Conference) have been named and the College of Mount St. Joseph was well-represented.

A total of 16 male student-athletes were named to the 2014 Midwest Lacrosse Conference (MLC) All-Academic Team. To be named a member of the MLC All-Academic Team, recipients must carry a cumulative grade point average of at least 3.50, must be at least a sophomore and must have lettered during the previous season. A total of 89 female student-athletes were named to the 2014 Midwest Women's Lacrosse Conference (MWLC) All-Academic Team. To be named a member of the MWLC All-Academic Team, recipients must carry a cumulative grade point average of at least 3.30.

The following are the Mount recipients of the award:

Cory Wojciechowski, Maggie Frommling, Gabby Harney-Davila, Madie Long, Sarah Moderbacher, Maria McDonald, Courtney Riley,
and Erica Walsh.
