The Mount completed 2013 spring play on Sunday afternoon at Rea Park Golf Course in the fourth round of the HCAC Championships, turning in a third place team finish. Transylvania University was the team champion, shooting a four-round score of 1,178, followed by Hanover College (1,214) and the Mount (1,224). Franklin College, Rose-Hulman Institute of Technology, Manchester University, Anderson University and Defiance College rounded out the team standings.

The Lions' Matt Stiens (Cincinnati, OH/La Salle) was named to the All-Conference team, by virtue of finishing fourth, with a score of 296, just eight shots over par. Danny Gravett (Cincinnati, OH/SCPA) came in in a 10th place tie individually, shooting a 309. He was followed on the Mount by: Tom Witterstaetter  (Cincinnati, OH/Oak Hills), 14th, 313; Tyler Overberg (West Chester, OH/Lakota East), 15th, 314; and Conor McGarry (Lexington, KY/Lexington Catholic), 25th, 326.
