Mount St. Joseph University began an Athletic Hall of Fame during the fall of 2010. Housed in the Jean Patrice Harrington, SC, Student Center, the Athletic Hall of Fame recognizes the achievements of those who helped build the Mount’s strong athletic tradition.
2018 Hall of Fame Class
The Mount's sixth Hall of Fame class was inducted at a dinner and awards ceremony on Oct. 2, 2015. Those inducted were: Lauren Hill '15, Braden A. Mechley, and T.J. Hilvert ‘98, Libbey Spiess, M.D. '88, and Betsey Owens Jones '02.
The Mount's fifth Hall of Fame class was inducted at a dinner and awards ceremony on Oct, 24, 2014. Those inducted were: Kim Winner Seaver '80, Gerri Crowe Bolin ‘90, and Rico Hill ‘01.
The Mount's fourth Hall of Fame class was inducted at a dinner and awards ceremony on Oct, 18, 2013. Those inducted were: Jane Siemer '76, Sue Holmes Vulhop '79, and DeAnn Schroeder Kiefer '92.
The Mount's third Hall of Fame class was inducted a dinner and awards ceremony on Oct. 19. 2012. Those inducted were: Peg Bradley Doppes '79, Joan Shadley-Mazzaro Eppling '76, and Jean Ann Doerger Tucker '71.
The College of Mount St. Joseph hosted the 2011 Athletic Hall of Fame Induction Ceremony and Dinner on Friday, October 21, 2011. The inductees for the class of 2011 were Mary Biermann ’71, Jane Scheper Meier ’73 and Julie Biermann ’80. Reception began at 5:30 p.m., with dinner at 6:30 p.m. followed by the program.
Alumni, friends and family gathered on the evening of October 15, 2010 to take part in the first induction ceremony and dinner. Honored that evening were AHOF charter members Kay Corcoran, Jean Dowell and Pat Shibinski.
