The College of Mount St. Joseph Lions' baseball team has been chosen for fourth place in the HCAC Coaches Preseason Poll. The Mount, which recorded a 27-15 overall mark and was 16-6 in the conference, tied for second-best, last season, recorded 57 points in the poll. Rose-Hulman Institute of Technology, Franklin College and Anderson University finished in the top three spots in the poll, with Rose-Hulman (7) and Franklin (2) recording the first-place votes.
Transylvania University, Manchester College, Bluffton University, Hanover College and Defiance College round out the rest of the Preseason Poll.
